The 2022 Tree Crops Conference registration does not include accommodation, however the Kapiti Coast region is a holiday destination with a diverse range of options from luxury homestays, AirBnB, motels and camping. Places within 15 minutes of the venue are Te Horo, Peka Peka, Manakau, Waikawa Beach, Ohau and Levin.
Below are some suggestions for accommodation. Many more can be found on booking sites (e.g. AirBnB, VRBO, Booking.com). We recommend you make your booking as soon as possible as demand is high in the warmer months.
Please note at Otaki Racecourse there will be plenty of free parking on the days of the Conference.
Conference days are Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday, with optional self-drive tour on Monday.

Otaki Racecourse There are camping spaces available on the Racecourse site. Campervans etc. MUST be fully self-contained. No other services (e.g. bathrooms) or power provided. $20 per night – book with your registration.

Forest lakes and El Rancho focus on catering for parties of school children/churches, however they do provide accommodation to the general public at other times.
