Andy Wiltshire is a Canterbury forestry graduate, with an MBA from Otago University and throughout his career has been actively involved in forestry development. Andy and Barbara Wiltshire started Pinoli in 1997, which has developed in partnership with Lee Paterson and Zoe Thompson to be the only pine nut producer in NZ selling domestically and exporting to Europe.
Lee Paterson has a history in engineering and forestry silviculture and can be described as a tree planting enthusiast. He has managed the Pinoli operation since its inception.
