NZTCA Registration for three days of conference activities. Includes presentations, bus travel to field visits, AGM, BBQ (Friday evening), brunch and packed lunch (Saturday & Sunday) and conference dinner (Saturday) plus tea/coffee breaks. Transport to the venue and Accommodation are not included, but transport to field trips is included.
Field Trip options are each limited by bus seats, and we do not guarantee your choices will be available. Book now to have the best chance of getting your preferences.
If you have specific dietary needs, please add the “Dietary Requirements” to your order. We will try to accommodate you.
We expect that we will be capped at 100 registrations.
There will be no Earlybird sales or discounts.
We will stop selling, and part refund fees, at any time it seems (by agreement between the National committee, Auckland branch committee and the Conference committee) unlikely we can run the Conference safely for all participants. We will offer at least 90% refund for cancellation by us until shortly before the event, and 25% to 75% if we have to cancel at the last minute or after the Conference has started. At that point, Tree Crops Auckland Branch and National will share rest of the loss between them.
Non-members need to purchase membership in addition.
